Painter

The Painter is responsible for first-class workmanship in the preparation of metal materials and the application of high-quality, lasting finishes on Badger-manufactured products.

The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

RESPONSIBILITES

What You'll Be Doing:

• Application of paint to Badger-manufactured products (e.g. Hydrovac equipment).
• Follows quality control process by completing inspections for any flaws in between application of coats.
• Conducts preventative maintenance of paint spray equipment and daily inspections of work equipment.
• Prepares metal components to be painted and ensures the proper disposal of leftover materials as perlegislative requirements.
• Trains and guides employees in the operation, cleaning, and maintenance of painting tools and equipment as well as the mixing and application of primers and high-performance coatings to m...
