**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Prepare valves and components for industrial spray painting, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation in line with work instructions and safety requirements.
+ Apply industrial coatings using both conventional and airless spray systems to meet specified paint systems, film thickness, and finish requirements.
+ Inspect, measure, and test completed work (including film thickness and coverage) to ensure coatings meet quality standards and customer specifications, escalating any issues and contributing to effective problem resolution.
+ Continuously refine painting techniques and practices to improve coating consistency, durability, and appearance, sharing ideas that support innovation and process improvement.
+ Clean, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on spray equipment, air extraction systems, and related tools to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
