PAINTING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Supervises all painting personnel, including other supervisors for carrying out painting activities on onshore and offshore.
• Planning, scheduling, organizing and training personnel and recommending applicants for employment or for discipline, termination or retention.
• Coordinate with offshore project engineers in estimating manpower equipment, tools, and materials required to be mobilized for the project, and non-available equipment/materials to be placed by purchase order.
• Implement safety requirements before, during, and after blasting and painting works.
• Daily manpower distribution to each project and area and monitor their production.
• Full knowledge to operate and repair blasting and painting equipment and tools.
• Correct maintenance of all blasting and painting equipment and tools. Able to identify parts needed for ordering replacement.
