Palliative Medicine Consultant

Position Overview

We have a vacancy for a part‑time post to work alongside the existing Palliative Medicine Consultant. The successful candidate will participate in a 1‑in‑5, 0.8PA on‑call rota (2%).

Salary and Working Hours

Salary: £106,424–£139,920 pro‑rate per annum.

Hours: Part‑time position (6.8 PAs, consisting of 6 in‑hours and 0.8 out‑of‑hours PA).

Leave

Annual Leave: 32 days per annum pro‑rate, rising to 34 days after seven years’ seniority, plus 10 statutory and public holidays.

Study Leave: Up to 30 days paid leave (expenses covered) within any three‑year period.
