palm oil mill engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Responsible for productions - in-process inspection, quality, efficiency, losses & products
2. Responsible for the mill maintenance - Planning, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance
3. Supervising and controlling workers daily activities in the mill ensure according to procedure and requirements
4. Investigate any non-conforming related to process, maintenance, despatch, grading etc and provide recommendation for improvement
5. Responsible for assisting Senior Mill Manager / Mill Manager in human development, performing the duties and responsibilities related to mill daily operations.
6. supervise & ensure efficient & cost-effective palm oil mill operation.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
8. Well verse with requirement of RSPO, MSPO & Supply Chain Certification Standard (SCCS).
