PAM Operations Specialist

Job Description

5–6+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with majority of experience with CyberArk Vault

Deep expertise in end-to-end PAM onboarding processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and full PAI (Privileged Account Inventory) analysis and execution

Experience leading PAM-related UAT and Production Implementation Verification (PIV)

Proven experience in high-volume onboarding (e.g., subsidiaries, acquisitions, or large‑scale enterprise rollouts)

Hands‑on experience creating and managing forms in ServiceNow to support PAM workflows

Banking or financial services experience

Solid understanding of IT service management (incident, change, and problem management)

Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to manage escalations and stakeholder expectations

Certifications in ITIL, CyberArk (e.g., Defender, Sentry), or related IAM/PAM tec...
