Panel Claim Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a Panel Claim Clerk to join our team at MEDILIN GROUP SDN BHD' in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is a full-time position that will involve handling all aspects of panel claims for our healthcare organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Process and manage panel claims in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all claims meet regulatory and internal requirements
• Liaise with panel providers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claims processed
• Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis as required
• Provide excellent customer service to panel providers and members
