Panel Executive

This role will be responsible for managing the Nielsen panels, maximizing new conversion and retention rate of panel size through inbound marketing and support communication.

Responsibilities

Contact/training/maintain rejected homes or Maintain TV Panel Demohealth balance 

Work closely with field engineers to coordinate panels request and service order 

Support ad-hoc projects

Panel Data update and management

Experience & Qualifications

Time management and can set work priorities

Preferred to use Excel/ Google spreadsheet

Strong interpersonal skill to work with team members.

Preferred inbound & outbound call experiences 

Preferred business english communication

Good communication skills

Bachelor's degree
