Role Overview
We are seeking a technically fluent Product Owner to lead the Kantar Media Panel Member App (PMA) - a global, mobile‑first platform (iOS/Android) that unifies panelist onboarding, engagement, compliance, tutorials, technician support, and incentives.
You will own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and interact with the team to ensure market-specifics and uptime targets are met and the app functions well within the broader Digital Panel Management ecosystem (CRM, Logistics, Telephony, QC/data processing).
In addition to the PMA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and integrating exciting new tooling - including CRM (panelist tracking and interaction), Logistics (remote install enablement), and Telephony (contact-centre workflows and call tracking) - to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for panelists and operational teams.
