Panel Wirer II UK Panel Assembly

Have the ability to layout equipment produce basic wiring, working to company process standards and operating procedures in one of either Bench Assembly, LV or MV switchgear.

Reporting to the Team Leader, key responsibilities include:
+ Can read electrical schematic drawings, G/A’s, CDR’s, D&P drawings and identify components.
+ Proficient in using all hand tools.
+ Can layout and wire all standard DOL chassis or LV, MV panels with minimal guidance.
+ Create Screen and Ethernet Cable.
+ Ability to problem solve on all new tasks. Can suggest solutions to issues and work with others to resolve.
+ Have the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
+ Have the ability to practice good housekeeping at all times and organise the work area effectively.
+ Produce basic wiring in a uniformed manner and work to clear instructions and standards.
+ Capable of highlighting potential issues and suggesting rational corrective/preventative actions.
