In this position, you will report directly to the Lodging Director, overseeing important aspects of Rental Owner Services. You will engage with homeowners, manage reservations, and coordinate maintenance to ensure units meet quality standards. Additionally, you will prepare billing, provide after-hours support, and develop long-term relationships with owners through tailored events and feedback systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee rental management agreements and program details
• Collect payments and maintain complete owner files
• Provide after-hours support as required
