Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of agreements for execution by IBHK and its clients;
Filing of documents and organising files/records;
Conducting legal research;
Assisting with investigating disputes and regulatory investigations;
Preparing written reports;
Maintaining legal/case files (for example, maintaining a register of legal contract amendments); 
Assisting with drafting documents;
Managing administrative dialog with internal stakeholders and external counsel;
invoice management; and,
Ad hoc tasks include collecting/collating documents from IBHK’s internal record systems and supporting special/ad-hoc projects.
Requirements: 
University graduate or student in a reputable university or career paralegal with a demonstrable track record
