We are looking for an experienced Trademark Paralegal / Legal Assistant
to join our team full-time. This is a remote position supporting U.S. and international trademark matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Trademark Law (U.S. & Foreign Prosecution)

Qualifications

• Docket due dates for U.S. and foreign prosecution and enforcement matters
• Conduct daily docket review for upcoming deadlines
• Prepare and file documents with the USPTO
• Assist with global trademark prosecution and maintenance
• Support TTAB and other administrative proceedings
• Review trademark watch notices
• Perform trademark clearance searches
• Communicate with clients and foreign associates
