About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team at Asticom Technology Inc'. This is a contract role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering an opportunity to gain valuable experience and support our growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing administrative and clerical support to our legal team
2. Conducting legal research and analysis
3. Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
4. Organising and maintaining electronic and physical files and records
5. Coordinating with external parties, such as clients and legal representatives
6. Providing general support to the legal department as needed
