Paralegal

International Law Firm seeks and experienced Paralegal.  Working in Corporate and Finance teams.  2 days a week WFH after training.  
 
The Role
 
As a Paralegal, you will mainly work in the Corporate, Real Estate, Banking and Finance and Commercial areas supporting various Partners an Solicitors.  It is mainly non-dispute legal work, often involving business deals.

Duties include - 

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate deals, or corporate restructures.
• Conducting due diligence and managing closing checklists.
• Coordinating with clients and other parties to ensure smooth execution of deals.

Your Experience
 
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years Paralegal experience in either Corporate, Real Estate, Banking and Finance and / or Commercial areas.  Experience in Contract reviews, Due...
