Paralegal

Overview

We are a fast growing biotech company seeking a highly motivated Paralegal (100%) to join Swiss Rockets AG and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the field of corporate and life sciences law. The Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to the legal department.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring corporate housekeeping and compliance with internal group corporate governance guidelines at Swiss Rockets AG and its subsidiaries
• Support Legal Counsel & Head of Corporate Compliance in corporate law matters requiring notarization (drafting documents for incorporations, capital increases, asset transfers etc.), communication with notary and/or commercial register for the purpose of preliminary examination and registration of transactions and clarification of legal issues, communication with notary for the purpose of organizing and holding notarizations etc.
