Paralegal

Our client, a Financial Institution, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join their legal team, supporting the review and negotiation of technology contracts for an initial 9 month contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all vendor and service agreements include the appropriate legal protections, terms, and clauses aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring experience working within a Financial Institution and possess a strong understanding of technology-related contract language.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technology-related vendor and service agreements to ensure appropriate contractual clauses are included (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity, liability, termination, SLAs)
• Assist legal counsel in identifying risks and making recommendations on proposed contractual language
