Requirements

• C1 English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or law degree
• 1 year of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal admin in a Personal Injury US law firm setting
• Prior experience with Clio or similar legal practice management software (preferred)
• Strong understanding of basic legal processes, deadlines, and court timelines
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage many moving parts at once
• High attention to detail, especially with dates, deadlines, and document accuracy
