Paralegal - Commercial Contracts

The Paralegal - Commercial Contracts supports the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts. This role requires the ability to contribute with minimal supervision, manage a high volume of work, and apply sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, customer contracts, purchase agreements, leases, service agreements, licensing agreements, and amendments.
• Prepare first drafts using templates and playbooks; identify and elevate non-standard terms.
• Review contracts against established guidelines and flag legal and business risks.
• Manage the contract lifecycle in CLM system (e.g., LinkSquares), including intake, tracking, execution, and storage.
