Paralegal Contracts Manager (Medical Field) - Dallas, TX

Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (IES) is looking for a   Paralegal Contracts Manager.  T his role is  responsible for the leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on execution of the contracting function, including management of the contracting team and a broad, high-volume portfolio of agreements. The  focus of this role is to oversee and manage the performance of the contracting function, including leading the contracting team, with handling a high-volume and complex portfolio of agreements. This role serves as both a working leader and subject matter expert, directly handling complex contracting work while overseeing workflows, priorities, quality, and operational effectiveness across the function. Work location will be  at the corporate office at 4835 LBJ Fwy, Dallas, TX, 75244.
