About the role
As a vital member of the Property Team you will enjoy being hands on with a wide range of matters including commercial, property development and residential. Reporting to the head of the team you will work closely with a wider team of experienced and dedicated lawyers and conveyancers.

Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to: 

• manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
• prepare and manage subdivisions
• arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms
• draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements
• liaise with clients and other parties
• complete contract reviews
