Paralegal Hub Lead
BBBH55598_1736272802 A prestigious Legal 500 law firm are currently looking for a highly skilled Paralegal Hub Lead to join their Construction, Real Estate, and Disputes (CRED) Division in their Guildford office. This role offers a unique opportunity with flexible working options, available on both a full-time and part-time basis.
The Role:
In this role, the Paralegal Hub Lead will manage the centralised Paralegal Hub , which will consist of a team of approximately 11 paralegals. The individual will ensure that the team delivers exceptional support across the firm's CRED divisions, working closely with fee earners to understand and respond to their needs. This role involves designing and implementing efficient processes that align with the demands of the team and contribute to the success of the firm's operations.
