**Roles and Responsibilities**



+ The role is to provide administrative and project management support to lawyers in the International Labor & Employment team, including on billing/invoicing, litigation management and other legal tasks (e.g. conducting legal research, and drafting documents).

+ The role holder may lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

+ The role holder is expected to function with some autonomy and help develop or execute functional practices and precedents. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
