Job Description

Job overview:
Assist in documenting and closing out structured securities issuances, including personally managing and bringing to a successful conclusion the portfolio of structured securities issuances allocated to the individual. This would include communicating directly with clients and working with Ashurst team members.
Maintaining an index of matters opened and keeping track of their
status.
Coordinate billing.
Organizing standard forms and know how.
Assist in preparation of template documents.
Liaise with clients on billing/ admin enquiries.
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance
with our regulatory requirements and internal policies.

 Essential skills and experience:
Previous paralegal experience within structured products practice or
environment is highly preferred.
