Paralegal / Legal Officer

The Paralegal / Legal Officer provides legal, governance, and compliance support to the General Counsel across m2m's South African and multi-country operations. The role focuses on contract management, governance recordkeeping, compliance coordination, and legal administration within a donor-funded NGO environment.

Key Performance Areas:
1. Legal Support and Contract Management 

• Prepare, review, track, and file legal agreements including MOUs, NDAs, DPAs, consultant and vendor contracts, subgrants, and lease agreements.
• Maintain contract templates and trackers; support negotiations and signature processes.

2. Corporate Governance and Compliance Support 

• Maintain statutory records, governance documents, and entity registrations.
• Support board and committee processes and ongoing regulatory compliance.
