Responsibilities and Tasks~
Prepare complete bankruptcy petitions with emphasis on Chapter 13, including capturing assets, liabilities, income, household composition, and supporting schedules/statements.
Conduct means test calculations to assess eligibility prior to filing; work only on cases pre-screened for viability and strict ethical standards.
Collaborate with the intake team (who collect documents) and the attorney to assemble accurate petitions; no routine document chasing required.
Perform rigorous quality control to ensure precision in names, addresses, figures, and disclosures aligned with trustee expectations.
Draft and update petitions using Jubilee bankruptcy software and manage files securely via Dropbox; work effectively in a remote environment.
Participate in brief daily huddles and uphold client-first empathy as the solver during stressful client journeys.
Coordinate original signatures as required by the court to meet time-sensitive case demands.<...
