Job Description
Working on M&A transactions
Working on version control, track changes
Keeping libraries of particular contracts and insurance policies
Working on amendments to contracts
Keeping notes of calls * Screening and signposting emails
Conducting legal research
Proof reading
Document management
Administrative tasks
Providing assistance with ad-hoc queries and requests from the team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Paralegal will have the following experience:
A degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally within M&A or funds.
