The Office of the Deputy CAO – Legal Services Division is looking for an exempt regular full-time or part-time Paralegal.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the City Solicitor, you will be responsible for preparing and processing a variety of legal documentation for a broad range of municipal legal matters, including land development transactions, leasing, contracts and governance. You will assist with routine and complex land development transactions such as major mixed‑use high rises, phased developments, airspace and strata subdivisions, heritage agreements, and other forms of urban land development.
