The Company Secretarial Assistant will provide essential administrative and governance support to the Group Legal & Company Secretariat team. The role focuses on ensuring that all statutory company filings are completed accurately and on time across the group’s portfolio of UK entities, while maintaining high‑quality corporate records, registers, databases, and documentation.
This is a key supporting role within a busy and fast‑paced environment, helping the team manage compliance obligations, corporate housekeeping, and general administrative processes. It is well‑suited to an organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and an interest in governance, legal administration, or progressing towards a career in company secretariat.
Qualifications
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent; degree desirable but not essential and interest in or willingness to study for CGI/ICSA/Legal qualifications (desirable). ...
