Paralegal (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Job Description

• Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, contracts, and reports
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases and compliance requirements
• Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies regarding legal matters
• Monitor deadlines, renewals, and compliance-related submissions
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Legal Studies, or any related course
