LEGAL ASSOCIATE/ PARALEGAL

Requirements:

• Graduate of Law Degree, ( Juris Doctor)

• At least 2 years of working experience in in a law office set up and real estate company or related field is required for this position

• With excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Hardworking, team player and result-driven

Responsibilities:

• Legal research including review, analysis and proper interpretation of laws and jurisprudence;

• Drafts simple pleadings, affidavits, contracts, demand letters and other legal documents;

• Assists the lawyers in court hearings and in the performance of their respective functions;

• Drafts memoranda, letters, Board Resolutions, Secretary's Certificate and corresponding minutes of Board Meetings and other legal documents;

• Files applications for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications, etc. from the concerned government agencies/...
