Responsibilities

• Assist compliance department in complaint handling, including gathering background information from relevant departments and drafting responses.
• Review policyholder data for potential matches against AML (Anti‑Money Laundering) and FinCEN watchlists.
• Assist with regulatory filings as needed to maintain compliance with state insurance laws and regulations.
• Review and provide feedback on marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable insurance advertising regulations and company policy.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure timely approvals.
• Draft and update standard forms, disclosures, and simple agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements).
