Job Description
- Being the key person in-charge of all Small Claims cases filed by the Company;
- Draft transactional and legal correspondence such as, but not limited to, Affidavits of Service, Complaint Affidavits, Judicial Affidavits, Investigation Data Forms, Compromise Agreements, Notice of Dishonor, Demand Letters, and other notices;
- Organizing Annexes and Exhibits that will serve as attachments to the Complaints and Judicial Affidavits;
- Promptly updating the designated email threads for accounts in litigation and sending short reports to the Department's Viber group during field work;
- Receiving and sorting Orders, Notices and Resolutions received by the Legal Department through email, registered mail, and/or private courier;
- Maintaining the Legal Department's case files by building and updating its database in Google Sheets and system;
- Negotiating with the Company's delinquent clients to enter into a compromise agreement, and representi...
