Paralegal

Draft, review and organize legal documents such as contract, agreements, affidavits, pleadings and other legal correspondence.

Maintain and update legal files, databases and case records.

Assist in preparing reports, summaries, presentations for legal proceedings or internal use.

Ensure timely filing and submission of legal documents to courts, agencies, or regulatory offices.

Monitor deadlines, hearings, and schedules to help avoid legal risks or penalties.

Support the legal team in compliance checks and risk assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science/Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor, or related field.
• Preferably with paralegal or corporate legal experience at least 2 years in a law firm or corporate legal department; open to fresh graduates with related experience
• Familiar with Philippine government agencies and business compliance requirement
