Paralegal (Pro Se)

Overview

Huron Law Group is seeking a motivated and caring Paralegal to draft lawsuit answers related to consumer debt and creditor lawsuits. Individuals should be self-starters while working in a team-oriented environment and have strong attention to detail with a focus on providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Critically analyze and interpret legal documents


• Professionally communicate with a network of Attorneys


• Use company templates to draft Pro Se answers


• Make attorney requested edits as needed


• Deliver final answer with filing instructions to the client


• Manage and prioritize workload via company CRM software


• Answer consumer questions in rare circumstances


• Other duties as assigned
