Job description~

Paralegal's perform substantive billable legal work under the direction of the Partners or other attorneys in the office. A Paralegal's goal is to relieve the attorney(s) she works for of a portion of the tasks involved in the practice of law, so the attorneys can focus on more substantive and valuable tasks. A Paralegal provides billable services to clients at a lower rate than an attorney, providing a benefit to the Firm's clients.

Responsibilities~

• Maintain pleadings, discovery indexes and case files
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc.)
