Key Responsibilities: Draft and review range of early-stage commercial agreements, including NDAs, MOUs and LOIs. Assist in preparation of legal contracts and documents as instructed by the supervising counsel. Conducting legal research as may be required by the legal team. Responsible for assisting with corporate governance duties in relation to various corporate entities, including: a) Taking and drafting of Board notice, agenda, minutes b) Preparing and filing required notifications relating to change of directors and other relevant information c) Preparing documents in relation to filing of annual returns and AGMs and liaising with the internal stakeholders and third-party service providers as necessary.
