Key Responsibilities

• Support lawyers on a broad range of banking, finance, corporate and transactional matters
• Assist with drafting and preparing transaction-related documentation, corporate approvals and ancillary documents
• Coordinate company, court and due diligence searches, and summarize findings for deal teams
• Support entity incorporations, corporate maintenance and related filings
