Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our growing Legal and Compliance functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across global jurisdictions by supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance in contract lifecycle management and regulatory maintenance. Responsibilities Assist in reviewing and redlining commercial agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards Maintain and update the firm's standard contract templates and 'gold-standard' clauses to support consistent contract quality Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting through digital archiving to ensure efficient contract processing Conduct legal research on corporate governance, commercial laws, and global data privacy regulations to support compliance efforts Prepare and submit regulatory filings and track international licensing obligations and renewal deadlines to maintain continuous compliance Support drafting, version control, and maintenanc...
