Responsibilities Serve as a Paralegal Specialist for DLA Disposition Services Office of Chief Counsel and assists in the substantive development, investigation, analysis, and case preparation involving various legal matters. Assist in the evaluation and development of procurement fraud, employment, environmental and contract cases under investigation, litigation, and administrative action. Assist in EEO, employment, labor, ethics, environmental, suspension or debarment, and contract cases, and court and administrative hearings regarding complaints, appeals, protests, investigations and arbitrations. Investigate, gather, compile, classify, interpret and summarize facts and statistical data, which may involve interviewing witnesses, collecting documents and statements, and reviewing and compiling case files.
