PARALEGAL SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Paralegal Specialist in the Office NSA Naples Italy of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE. Responsibilities You will provide legal support services, administrative and clerical support, and case management and litigation support. You will prepare correspondence, various reports, memoranda, motions, pleadings and other documents, legal research, witness interviews and preparation, and other tasks as assigned. You will conduct legal research on a variety of administrative legal issues and drafts documents for review by the supervising attorney. You will identify applicable laws, regulations, or other precedents as necessary. You will be familiar with applicable legal resources, procedural requirements, DoD and DON organization, policies and procedures, and the structure and functions of federal courts and administrative forums.
