What you will do as a Paralegal:

• Provide substantive legal work for attorneys in litigation and insurance defense
• Handle dozens of lawsuits at once
• Meet deadlines for discovery plan and/or scheduling order
• File motions, produce documents, and obtain reports
• Re-prioritize as needed to ensure important matters are not forgotten or delayed

What you need to be a Paralegal:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
