PARALEGAL - STANDARD BANK BONDS
CAPE TOWN
MARKET RELATED SALARY, BASED ON EXPERIENCE
To attend to the administration of RETAIL bond files, especially focusing on the drafting process
To liaise with all parties to the transaction on an ongoing basis
Minimum requirements:

• Matric essential
• Paralegal Qualification | Certificate would be an advantage
• At least 3 years relevant working experience with bonds
• Sound knowledge of Legal Suite & AJS systems
• Ability to attend to standard queries raised by Mortgagors and Bond Consultants
• Sound accounting background
• Good letter writing capability
• Ability to work independently
• FICA compliance
• Ability to work under pressure / high work volume
• Ability to prioritise
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Methodical and well organised
• Service orientated, willing to go the extra mile
