Paralegal - Tech Unicorn

This is a fantastic in-house opportunity for a highly talented individual seeking to work at an exciting and fast-growing international tech company. Our client is performing extremely well in the Middle East, and they are now keen on expanding their legal team further.

Based in Dubai, and working under Lawyer supervision, the role will have a particular focus on governance and licensing, and our client is looking for a paralegal with significant law firm experience who is comfortable handling legal documents (e., shareholder resolutions). The role is an upskilled legal admin position, supporting policy creation, document review/editing, governance, regulatory liaison, and license renewals.
