SUMMARY:
MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Paralegal in the Trust and Curatorship Department of our Pretoria Branch.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Collect medical and related trust/curatorship expenses from the RAF.
Draft and prepare court applications accurately and efficiently.
Maintain, update, and verify trust and curatorship records.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management.
Attend court proceedings as required and support court-related tasks.
Requirements:
Paralegal or LLB qualification is mandatory.
Proven experience in RAF trust and curatorship matters (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
Familiarity with Court Online and Caselines platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
