Paralegal (US Attorney)

Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Pacific Time (1hr unpaid lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks)

Pay: 480 PHP per hour

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications:

• 2 Years of paralegal experience
• Excellent English (Written & Verbal)

Responsibilities:

• Enter jobs into our system
• Dispatch to servers
• Follow up with clients
• Do the proof of service
• Contact courts as needed
• Find People in our database to file documents in person
• E-file documents
• Draft minor, small declarations- sample provided
• Prepare subpoenas for interstate and do domestication of subpoenas - from one state to another
• Draft Hague submissions
• Draft small claims matters and e-file
• Draft documents in small claims to serve bank levies
