Key Responsibilities
Draft statutory notices, releases, and correspondence under attorney direction.
Prepare demands and assist with discovery sessions.
Manage tickets and case-related tasks.
Send emails to clients, creditors, and attorneys.
Request and collect documents from clients, forwarding them to the trustee.
Request billing statements and financial information from clients.
