Job Summary
We are enhancing our commercial and construction litigation practice and seeking paralegals to support our corporate partners and associates, contributing to legal operations and commercial transactions with a pathway to independent legal management.
Responsibilities
Support corporate partners and associates by conducting legal research to inform commercial contract preparation and review
Manage intellectual property (IP) documentation and operational legal support to ensure compliance and efficiency
Coordinate the completion and signing processes for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions to facilitate smooth deal closures
Provide corporate secretarial support to maintain statutory compliance and governance standards
Conduct client Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and manage legal files to uphold regulatory and internal standards
