Paramedic
Key Responsibilities

The paramedic is directly responsible to the Nursing Officer In Charge and will carry out the following duties:
Response to emergency calls, provide immediate care to the critically ill and injured, during transport/escort the patient to a medical facility. Facilitate smooth handover of patients to the referral facility.

 Ensure triage of patients in waiting bay or during emergencies, detecting the priority acute/emergency cases.

Render emergency medical and or trauma care, to adults, children and infants based on assessment findings. Duties include but are not limited to: opening and maintaining an airway;
ventilating patients;
administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation,
providing pre-hospital emergency ...
