Location: Mohali/Nashik Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST (aligned with UK business hours) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Calling Executive to connect with financial providers in the UK to collect required information and update our internal CRM system accurately. This is not a sales role. The primary responsibility is information gathering, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Make 1520 outbound calls per day to financial providers across the UK. Collect required information related to policies, investments, pensions, or financial products. Accurately enter and update all collected information in the CRM system. Send follow-up emails where required. Track pending responses and ensure timely follow-ups.
